Marefold is a private catering and events company on Bruny Island founded by chef Simon Ford. We worked with Simon to create a brand that captured the wild beauty of life on the island. Inspiration for the Marefold name and logo came from Simon’s family property in Gloucestershire, England, where a mare’s head sculpture sits atop one of the gate pillars.

Alongside the identity, we commissioned photography that captured not only Marefold’s food offering, but also the landscapes of Bruny Island and personal possessions of Simon’s, helping to tell the story behind the brand.
